- 40 minute water exercise led by Aqua Alice - 20 minute anti & post natal group discussion. Please only book one session a week.
- Adult Leisure / Lane Swimming - £6.50 per person

1 person per lane. (5 lanes total.) 30 mins swim.
Please ensure you are out of the pool promptly so the next session can start.
(These sessions are not lifeguarded) - Tot Time - £12.50

30 minute Parent & Baby / Toddler session, in which older siblings are able to join in, with 20 minutes extra playtime at the end. + 10 minute change time.
Please ensure you add all names of attendees. - Mermaid Club - £15 per person
- (All equipment provided.) In our Mermaid Experience we will teach you How to Safely swim like a Mermaid, play some games, search for treasure, Teach you some mermaid bubbles and kisses plus Mermaid tricks and plenty of free time to perfect your mermaid stroke. Wannabe mermaid must be aged 6+ and preferably able to swim 10m plus go underwater.
- Mini Dolphin Fun Club - £10 per person
- 45 mins of supervised pool fun times for 3-7yr olds. A drink & A Snack for tired youngsters afterwards. (note parents need to stay & chill on the premises)
- Dolphin Fun Club - £12.50 per person

Includes 1 Hour 45 Mins supervised play and activities in the water including the wobbly walk plus a snack & a chance to talk to their new friends.(for Children aged 6-13)
(parents can leave but we ask you to return promptly 5 mins before the end) - Dipping, Diving and Dunking Skills - £12.50 per person
- Learn multiple skills for safe diving, epic jumps and underwater acrobatic skills. (Age 6 and over plus ability to swim 25m) Dive in for an hour of seriously splashy fun...
- Snorkel Adventure! - £15 per person

Back again by popular demand. We will be running Snorkel Adventure
following STA Pool Snorkelling programs. Here we will teach underwater explorers how to use Snorkels, Fins & Masks safely and correctly & incorporate some snorkel games & fun challenges. (2 hour session for ages 7+ who can swim 25m & go under water confidently... equipment provided. it can be a lot of fun if parents take this course alongside their child)
